Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are shipped generally within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS or our recommended delivery service with tracking and signature-free delivery. If you prefer shipping via UPS Extra or another with required signature, additional fees will apply, so please contact us prior to selecting a shipping method. Whatever shipping choice you make, we'll provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transportation costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We are unable to group two different orders placed separately, and a shipping fee will apply to each of them. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
